4. Client Obligations
4.1 Clients agree to use the services solely for recruitment purposes and not for unsolicited marketing or illegal activities.
4.2 Clients are responsible for verifying the qualifications, background, and work authorization of candidates.
4.3 Clients shall comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Certain services may be subject to fees, which will be communicated to Clients before engagement.
5.2 Payments are due as per the agreed terms in our invoices or contracts.
5.3 Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and services are owned by Calibrate People and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2 Users may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without explicit permission.
